What is Tissue Regenerative Therapy?

Tissue regenerative therapy targets the source of your pain, penetrating both the surface-level and deep tissues so you can experience lasting relief. We use advanced patented technology from SoftWave to deliver shock waves to an injured area at the cellular level. This triggers your body’s natural healing process, which offers many advantages to your recovery.

Patients who receive tissue regenerative treatment often experience lasting relief from chronic and acute pain. Other benefits of tissue regenerative therapy include improved blood flow, decreased inflammation, and accelerated wound healing.

How Does Tissue Regenerative Therapy Work?

In general, one session of tissue regenerative therapy takes between 10 and 15 minutes. But it’s important to remember that each patient is different. Your session may last longer if we’re targeting a larger area for treatment.

During your appointment, we’ll apply a gel on the section of skin that will receive tissue regenerative treatment. The clinician will then apply the applicator to the treatment area. The applicator will emit acoustic pulses that trigger your body’s natural healing response without experiencing any discomfort.

The procedure for tissue regenerative therapy is fast, painless, and noninvasive. After your appointment, you’ll also be able to resume your normal activities without any side effects.

Am I a Candidate for Tissue Regenerative Therapy?

You may be a candidate for tissue regenerative therapy if you experience chronic or acute pain. This may especially be the case if your pain has not responded to first-line treatments such as ice, rest, therapeutic exercises, orthotics, and bracing.

Unlike surgical solutions to pain, tissue regenerative therapy is non-invasive and can be completed in one appointment without side effects.
